At C&K, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
